2 men stabbed after lounge fight

A double stabbing left two men injured Wednesday night following a fight at a local lounge, Chattanooga police say.

Police responded to 2407 Glass St. Wednesday night and found Calvin Yearby, 36, and Clathyn Williams, 37, both suffering from stab wounds to the abdomen and back, said police spokeswoman Sgt. Jerri Weary.

Both men were transported to a local hospital where they remain in stable condition, Weary said.

Police were not able to get suspect information before either victim was transported to the hospital, and the motivation for the assault is not known. The investigation is ongoing, said Weary.
