This is ridiculous, he hadn't even seen Wade in over a year! He was in Atlanta when Wade got bit- TWRA just want someone to pick on, and it is unfortunate that Hurd is the one they have to pick on. TWRA just wants the light on them for a while for "doing a good deed". Psh! Yeah right! They aren't doing anything but causing harm to an innocent man!
No, he did not kill Wade, and I don't think his name should even be associated Wade's death.
YES, he is guilty of not following Tennessee state law. That will be his downfall. Plain and simple. (and he knew better)
