Les Coffey, owner of the Peerless Mill in Rossville, led officials from the company that holds the note on the site on an hour and 20 minute, contentious inspection tour of the property this morning.

Attorney Phil Whitaker, representing RDC, carried a video camera, apparently capturing evidence and paying particular attention to any areas that appeared to be partially demolished.

At times Coffey tried to narrate on the video, but Whitaker in frustration moved away, glaring at Coffey.

Whitaker declined to comment.

Asked about the inspection, which was set up Tuesday when Whitaker filed an emergency injunction to stop demolition, Coffey said he was not sure what RDC representatives were looking for.

"I'm not worried about it," he said.
