Coppinger wants to keep most of Ramsey's staff

New Hamilton County Mayor Jim Coppinger is planning on keeping all the staff left by former Mayor Claude Ramsey.

Coppinger on Thursday presented a plan to commissioners which does not include any staffing changes, though a few key positions are unfilled.

Rebecca Hunter, the former human resources director, left to work for Gov. Bill Haslam along with Ramsey, and the Human Services Administrator's job, vacated by Scott Schoolfield, remains open.
