Antonio Jackson, 2 and 1/2 years old, one of the victims from Saturday's fatal fire on Maude Street, has improved and was listed in fair condition this morning at T.C. Thompson Children's Hospital.
Chattanooga firefighters carried three victims from the burning home at 70 Maude Street. Antonio's sister, identified as 14-month-old Destiny Jackson, died from injuries she received in the fire.
Fire Investigator Andy Waters identified the adult victim in the fire as Brandy Curry, 22. Ms. Curry, who was reportedly babysitting the two children when the fire broke out, was airlifted to the Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta, Georgia. An update on her condition was not available.
