CLEVELAND, Tenn. - Local, state and federal agencies were represented here today at a noon groundbreaking ceremony for an additional building for the Cleveland/Bradley Business Incubator.

The new building will house eight "green"-related businesses and Cleveland State Community College's alternative fuels program.

"We want to help small businesses to thrive and to create jobs," said Hurley Buff, executive director of the incubator.

The new building will be on the north side of Cleveland State's campus.

"The majority of our businesses across the United States started out as small business," said Robert G. Connelly Jr., U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development assistant state director.
