Nearly 30 people who worked in exchange for their rooms at a Chattanooga extended stay hotel are being forced to leave the property because it's been sold. New owners don't want to hotel to continue housing the homeless, some say.
Town and Country Inn and its owners, David and Steven Bernstein, came under federal investigation last summer for violating federal minimum wage laws and unfairly trading work for housing.
