First Security Group, parent of FSGBank, announced today that Chief Financial Officer William L. "Chip" Lusk Jr. has resigned to take a job in Atlanta.
John R. Haddock, who has worked with FSGBank since 2005, has been appointed acting interim CFO, according to company spokewoman Melissa Kelly.
"We feel very comfortable with the transition," Kelly said. "John has worked very closely with Chip, and he has a tremendous background. We really don't see any major changes here."
