Thirty-seven-year-old Tobias Pruitt, who allegedly shot at police as he tried to escape capture, is in the Hamilton County Jail this morning under a federal hold, police have reported.
Police said he is set for a hearing today on the circumstances of the shooting at 3311 Delong St. and 3116 Chambliss St. incidences.

This man shoots at the police and he is in jail, thats good. But what if this same man shot at someone else....it would read no suspects at this time. The police watch their own back and thats it people and i suggest you all do the same if you dont want to become a statistic.
