Three men arrested in Hamilton County for throwing fireworks, shouting racial slurs

Three men reportedly were arrested early Saturday morning by Chattanooga police after throwing fireworks and shouting racial slurs at residents in East Lake.

Colton Partin, Kyle Montgomery and James Smiley each were charged with civil rights intimidation, according to police.

Smiley, an employee of Hamilton County Emergency Medical Services, reportedly has been suspended with pay.
