A man was discovered dead this afternoon inside a tent near a homeless camp and railroad tracks at E. 12th and Peeples streets, authorities said.
The man apparently last was seen alive around 10:30 a.m. today.
Paramedics removed the body from the scene.

Good thing Smiley wasn't one of the paramedics. If he hates the homeless as much as he does African-Americans he'd probably thrown firecrackers into the tent and shouted derogatory slurs at the poor fellow and his situation.
Sad story. This should not happen anywhere, let alone in the U.S.
When it gets below freezing we have shelters open up for the homeless at night. Do we not have the same resources for when it's 106 degrees outside?!?!
