The Hamilton County Clerk's office is experiencing difficulty with data lines serviced by AT&T, according to a report.

While motorists are still able to visit the Clerk's office for service, the tags-by-internet option is unavailable.

County Clerk Bill Knowles said the problem is being resolved by AT&T and will should be available shortly.
