Chattanooga police conducting saturation patrols in East Chattanooga made 44 arrests and seized drugs and cash, according to a news release.
Police spokeswoman Sgt. Jerri Weary said in the release that officers picked up 39 adults and five juveniles on charges ranging from traffic offenses to drugs and robbery. Two of those arrested, Quintus Broadnax and Michael Branham, were on the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Most Wanted list.
Weary said the saturation patrols were conducted over the weekend.
Officers seized 64 grams of marijuana, 2.4 grams of crack cocaine and 29 pills, plus $1,421 in cash, she said.
