Two 11-year-old boys were charged with making a false report and reckless endangerment this afternoon after a witness told police they pulled a fire alarm when there was no fire, according to the Chattanooga Fire Department.

The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga's Holt Hall was evacuated when the alarm was pulled around 1:30 p.m., but no fire was found. A witness told UTC police officers that the two pulled the alarm. After talking with the boys, police charged them.

The boys were on campus as part of a summer program.
