Miss Chattanooga Chandler Lawson was named first runner up in the Miss Tennessee Scholarship Pageant in Jackson, Tenn., tonight.
Erin Hatley, Miss Collierville, was named Miss Tennessee 2011.
Lawson, of Tullahoma, 21, is a UTC senior majoring in political science. She is interning at the Chattanooga law firm Chambliss, Bahner and Stophel.
She wins a $7,500 scholarship.
