Chattanooga: Truck overturns below Ridge cut

A tractor-trailer has overturned in the westbound lanes of Interstate 24 just below the Missionary Ridge cut, backing up three lanes of traffic.

A witness said police are on the scene.

It was annoying and frustrating. We were there for 2 hours, and it's dissapointing how the City of Chattanooga can't handle a PRIORITY AND AN EMERGENCY in the proper timing....

Why didn't you just get out of your vehicle and lift the 80,000 pound beast up yourself? Think about it...it will sink in.
