Roundtable discussion Wednesday centers on sales tax agreement

A live video of a roundtable discussion on the city-county sales tax agreement is set to be broadcast Wednesday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at and

The 45-year agreement between the city of Chattanooga, Hamilton County and other governments is expected to end in May.

Tax Tobbacco products, beer, and whiskey. Those are some things that need to be taxed to death instead of food, gasoline and property.
