Police are searching for suspects who stole $398 worth of dog food over time from the same grocery store in Dalton Ga.

Police believe three people stole large bags of dog food from the United Grocery Outlet on Glenwood Avenue three times since July.

Police spokesman Bruce Frazier said warrants on charges of shoplifting and making false statements are out for Jesse Bullard, 50, of 5225 Old Georgetown Trail in Cleveland, Tenn.

Police believe two accomplices were involved in thefts in July, Feb. 4 and March 7. The thieves placed the dog food bags in shopping carts and left when the exit was clear, Frazier said.

Video from security cameras shows a slender man with dark hair and a beard and a heavyset man wearing a striped shirt.

Anyone with information on the thefts or the identity of the thieves is asked to call Detective Brandon Carter at 706-278-9085, ext. 183.
