The parents of a 2-year-old girl who was shot to death by a sibling last summer were in court Tuesday, but they did not go before a judge.

The case against Thomas and Samantha Wallace was passed to May 4 in Hamilton County Criminal Court.

They are charged with criminally negligent homicide in the death of their daughter, Cameron, who was shot in the chest and died after she and two of her siblings, ages 4 and 5, were playing with a .45-caliber handgun they found in their parents' bedroom.
