About 796 Cleveland Utilities customers and 50 Volunteer Energy Cooperative customers are without power this afternoon, officials said.
Cleveland Utilities General Manager Tom Wheeler said 98 percent of the grid is back on line.
Officials at VEC said any customer still without power should call VEC and report it.
At one point, about 10,000 customers were without power.
