Catoosa County and Ringgold, Ga., now again are serving residents’ needs through their regular administration numbers, according to County Manager Mike Helton and City Manager Dan Wright.
“Over the last few days we have seen the calls coming in on the help line dwindle, so we want to reassign those staff members to assist elsewhere and allow residents to contact us on our regular lines,” Helton said.
Catoosa County residents needing assistance now may call 706-965-2500 for non-emergency assistance relating to the aftermath of the April storm. Ringgold residents may call 706-935-3061 should they need information or other non-emergency assistance, Wright said.
The volunteer line still is available for anyone wishing to assist in the cleanup or rebuilding efforts at (706) 935-2109, according to a news release.
All the lines are available during normal business hours Monday through Friday.
