Authorities searching Tennessee River for vehicle of missing Signal Mountain woman

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department’s marine unit is searching the Tennessee River near the Suck Creek boat ramp in hopes of finding the SUV of a missing Signal Mountain woman.

Authorities are using sonar equipment to look for Gail Palmgren’s 2010 crimson red Rubicon Jeep.

They said the search area is a quarter-mile area and they are looking in that vicinity to eliminate it as a possible location of the vehicle.
