MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Kali Henderson’s two-run single in the bottom of the 10th lifted Soddy-Daisy by Riverdale 2-1 and into the Class AAA softball title game.
The Lady Trojansused Henderson’s clutch hit to get another shot at Beech, which beat Soddy-Daisy on Thursday.
Soddy-Daisy and Beech will play tonight at 7:30 p.m. Eastern at Starplex No. 1. If the Lady Trojans win, the teams will play against Saturday morning; if Beech wins tonight, it wins the state title.
