Man arrested for Red Bank robbery, assault

A man was arrested today for a robbery and assault at a Kangaroo Express in Red Bank, police said.

On Oct. 23, officers responded to a robbery and assault at the Kangaroo at 3200 Redding Road, said Red Bank Police Chief Tim Christol.

After examining video surveillance and a witness description, officers identified Antonio Anderson as the suspect. The 31-year-old was arrested today and charged with robbery and assault, Christol said.

Currently in Hamilton County Jail, Anderson’s first court appearance on the charges is set for Monday in Red Bank General Sessions Court, Christol said.
