Princess Pea will have tea

The super reader informally known as Princess Pea to young viewers of PBS' "Super Why," will be flying in Saturday for an event benefiting WTCI-TV.

The Princess Presto Tea Party will take place from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at The Tea Cottage, 2233 Hickory Valley Road. The event is open to children age 4 and older (accompanied by an adult).

"This will be an afternoon of fun, yummy treats, photos and a lesson with Princess Presto and great take-home gifts," said Debbie Thompson with the public television station.

Tickets are $20 per person, and seating is limited. To RSVP, call 702-7814.
