Nominations sought for Women of Distinction

The American Lung Association is accepting nominations from the public for its 2012 Women of Distinction Awards, which will be presented during a luncheon on April 27 at the Chattanooga Convention Center.

The event, which benefits the American Lung Association in Tennessee, is a Chattanooga tradition that honors one Tennessee Woman of Distinction as well as 10 area women who have distinguished themselves within their family, career and community.

Nomination forms are available by calling 423-629-1098, or may be downloaded at www.alatn.org.

Nominations must be received by Monday, Nov. 14. Mail them to American Lung Association, 1466 Riverside Drive, Suite D, Chattanooga, TN 37406.
