The Avett Brothers are scheduled to play Track 29 Dec. 30, according to venue co-owner Adam Kinsey.
"They [the band] reached out to A.C. Entertainment looking for a good place for the 30th, and A.C. immediately thought of us," said Kinsey. "I've been holding it to myself for a week. It's nice to be able to share it with everyone. I'm really excited."
Tickets for the show go on sale Dec. 9 at www.track29.co for $35. The variable-capacity venue will cap the show at 1,500 tickets.

The Avett's are great. Saw them in October up in Kodak at the Knoxville Smokies ballpark. Excellent musicians and performers.
