Four suspects were arrested in Fyffe, Ala., on drug possession charges Monday night.
Kelly Todd Willoughby, 42; Jonathan Shane Smith, 37, Angela Mae Hill, 27, and Charles Dillon Wade, 18 were all charged with unlawful possession of controlled substances and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, said DeKalb County Sheriff Jimmy Harris in a news release.
