• iLead Program from 5 to 6 p.m. Monday at the Hunter Museum of American Art, 10 Bluff View. The program from the Creative Leadership for Innovative Results, helps professionals strengthen creative problem-solving skills. Call 752-2053 to register.

• Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? -- 7 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at East Ridge High School, 4320 Bennett Road. The program encourages 11th-grade students to make wise financial decisions, control credit card debt and save as much as possible. To volunteer, call 763-4321.

• North Chattanooga council meeting at noon Tuesday at the Business Development Center, 100 Cherokee Blvd. Ken Flynn, regional construction manager for the Tennessee Department of Transportation, will speak on "Local Highway Construction Projects." Lunch: $10.

• Downtown Council meeting at 7:30 a.m. Thursday at the Double Tree Hotel, 407 Chestnut St. UTC Athletic Director Rick Hart will speak. Breakfast: $10.
