Captain Eric Watson resigns from Bradley Sheriff’s office

Captain Eric Watson has resigned from the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office, authorities confirmed.

Watson, who is also a Republican Representative for the Cleveland district, resigned Monday, said the sheriff’s office spokesman Bob Gault, but the sheriff’s office hasn’t given any reason for his recent departure.

Watson joined the sheriff’s department in 1991.
