KNOXVILLE — An angry Knox County mom foiled the getaway of two men allegedly involved in robbing her home and holding her adult daughter at gunpoint.

Malissa Deskin returned about 5:30 p.m. Sunday to her home at 1145 Durham Road in Northwest Knoxville to find her daughter held at gunpoint, according to the Knox County Sheriff's Office.

The daughter, 22-year-old Britny Deskin, lives in the home with her mother. She was not bound during the incident.

The startled gunman, later identified as Isaac Wilker Lane, 18, of Bob Gray Road, bolted from the home with a television under his arm.

"Angry Knox county mom foils alleged robbers' escape." In what way did she "foil" this robbery? Your article makes no sense.
