Chattanooga police are trying to find two men they have linked to last week's slaying of a man on Greenwood Road.

Investigators have identified 24-year-old Roderick "Pooh Pooh" Bates and 25-year-old Emmett "D Baby" Jones as suspects in the shooting death of Reginald Clark at his home Friday.

Police have warrants charging both men with first-degree murder and especially aggravated burglary.

Police say Clark, 37, got in a fight with several men at the 807 Fire and Ice club Thursday night. Several of the men followed Clark home, forced their way into his house and killed him, police said.

Bates has more than a dozen criminal charges stretching back to 2005, according to Hamilton County General Sessions Court.

Jones does not have any charges in Hamilton County courts, but the Tennessee Department of Correction website states that he finished a sentence in July.

Anyone with information about Bates or Jones can call the Chattanooga Police Department at 423-698-2525 or Crime Stoppers at 423-698-3333.
