A man was arrested Tuesday night by Chattanooga police investigators in Madisonville, Tenn., on charges of raping an 11-year-old boy back in March, according to an email by Chattanooga police spokeswoman Sgt. Jerri Weary.
Bradley Keith Stewart, who was found at the Town and Country Motel, is being held at the Hamilton County Jail.
