Carmike Cinemas plans to open a 12-screen movie theater at Bradley Square Mall in Cleveland, Tenn., next fall.
Called the Carmike 12, the theater complex will hold seats for 2,000, the company said today.
Stacia Crye Shahan, the mall’s general manager, said the expansion will be the biggest in more than a decade to the shopping center built in 1991.
“We’re super-excited,” she said.
Carmike Chief Executive Officer David Passman said the theater company is providing “the ultimate entertainment experience that centerpieces large format digital with bigger screens, bigger sound, and luxurious theater seating.”
