CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. - A judge in Clarksville has sent a 75-year-old man to prison for eight years after he admitted burning down his brother's home.

Otis Bansal Owens received his sentence Thursday after describing in Circuit Court how he poured gasoline on the home of his brother and the brother's wife and set it on fire, destroying the home, according to The Leaf-Chronicle.

Otis said when he moved to Montgomery County from Florida, he gave his brother Cameron $30,000 which Cameron used to build a house. Otis lived with the couple until he and Cameron had what Otis called "a falling out" and Otis was evicted. He testified he decided that day to burn the home, which went up in flames after Cameron and his wife left in July 2010.
