Tennessee quarterback Tyler Bray has thrown for three first-half touchdowns, and the Vols lead Cincinnati 28-14 at the break in Knoxville.
Bray has completed 21 of 27 passes for 281 yards and has thrown scoring two scoring strikes to Da'Rick Rogers and one to Justin Hunter.
Freshman tailback Marlon Lane has also rushed for a two-yard touchdown.
Cincinnati running back Isaiah Pead rushed for 135 yards on 10 carries in the first half.
