Carl Trovous Moore, the subject arrested and charged in the homicide of Jacquard Petty
Carl Moore, accused of first-degree murder and reckless endangerment in the 2008 shooting death of a Chattanooga man, has been found not guilty on both counts.
A jury deliberated about two hours before delivering the verdict about 4 p.m., today.
Moore, 29, was accused of shooting Jacquard Petty outside the 2301 Club on Milne Street on July 3, 2008, Petty’s 21st birthday.

at least the att.gen.office managed to get the case before a jury!
2 hrs.deliberation in a murder case? sounds like somebody on the prosecution side dropped the ball big time!!

I assume by your comment that you were present for the entire trial and in the jury room while the jury deliberated. If not, you would have no way of knowing how or why a certain verdict was returned in a certain amount of time.
If you don't know what you're talking about, just don't talk.
with 2 eye wittiness's who knew the shooter and it only takes 2 hrs. to find him not guilty!!!
