Two downtown nightclubs accused of operating disorderly businesses were penalized Thursday by the Chattanooga Beer and Wrecker Board.
The beer board permanently revoked the license of Midtown Music Hall and suspended the license of Fire and Ice for 30 days.
Police filed reports in August describing disorderly crowds around the establishments that resulted in arrests.
Midtown Music Hall also had multiple previous violations which resulted in suspensions by the beer board.
