CHATTANOOGA - The ex-girlfriend of the man accused of killing a Chattanooga police officer has been indicted by a federal grand jury.

Thirty-year-old Amber Vlasak-Hudson was indicted on September 15 in Colorado on charges of aiding and abetting a fugitive and accessory after the fact.

According to the indictment, Vlasak-Hudson rented a motel room to hide Jesse Mathews following and armed robbery of a pawn shop in Colorado Springs.
