Are there any laws these people abide by?
The mother should be charged with 1st degree murder for not following seat belt laws ...she snuffed the life of her child because of her stupidity. Maybe she can spend rest of her life in prison to think about what she done wrong. Any parent who dont follow seat belt laws dont deserve or love their children.
