The Hamilton County grand jury indicted a 24-year-old man on charges of first-degree murder, two counts of attempted first-degree murder, two counts of aggravated assault and one count of reckless endangerment.
Cordalro Stricklane is accused of shooting Melvin “Brando” Fennell, a 26-year-old father of five, up to three times on July 3, police said.
Stricklane was arrested July 21.
Fennell bled to death from the multiple wounds in his leg and thigh.
Calvin Garner, 24, and Mariah Stoudemire, 21, also were shot in the incident.
Stricklane’s next court date is scheduled for Oct. 7 before Criminal Court Judge Don Poole.
