Agnes Patterson of East Ridge wins $2 million in lottery

An East Ridge woman walked into a local Express Mart, bought a lottery scratch-off called $2 Million Bonanza — and won.

Agnes Patterson decided to take the $1.3 million lump sum, according to Tennessee Lottery spokeswoman Kim Gerlock. After taxes, the total comes to $975,000.

The ticket was issued from the Express Mart at 1015 S. Seminole Drive, Gerlock said.
