A woman has died after an ATV crash in Whitfield County, the sheriff's office said.

Dispatchers said the ATV flipped about 1:30 p.m. on a trail on Capehart Road.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Her identity was not immediately released.

Dispatchers said it's believed the crash was an accident.
