An Ooltewah fifth grader has lost his life, after a jet ski accident over spring break.

Our news partners at Channel 3 have learned 11-year-old Collin Dowler died Tuesday in Cherokee County, Alabama.

The Wallace A. Smith Elementary student was riding with his 15-year-old brother when the jet ski they were on hit a dock.
