A woman who went to Erlanger hospital seeking medical care says she was taken into a X-ray room by a technician and sexually assaulted, according to an arrest report.

Franklin Concepcion, 25, of Ringgold, Ga., was charged with rape in the incident, which took place in November. On Friday, he was in the Hamilton County Jail on a $150,000 bond, records show.

The woman told Chattanooga policepdetectives that Concepcion assaulted her, the report stated.

Police collected semen from the floor of the X-ray room, according to the arrest report. A DNA sample was taken from Concepcion and came back as a match.

Erlanger officials said they have taken the allegation seriously and immediately removed the employee from the workplace.

When the incident was brought to Erlanger's attention, Concepcion was suspended without pay and has not actively worked at Erlanger since then. Erlanger officials have worked with the police and investigators and will continue to do so.

Concepcion's next court date is set for May 1 before Hamilton County General Sessions Court Judge Christine Sell.
