Perennial candidate Basil Marceaux sentenced to jail

A former Tennessee gubernatorial candidate is serving some time behind bars.

According to the Hamilton County Criminal Court Clerk, Basil Marceaux was convicted of contempt of court Monday.

Judge Rebecca Stern handed down a 10-day jail sentence.
