A Soddy-Daisy woman was arrested Tuesday after a monthlong investigation into an attempted murder for hire, Chattanooga authorities said.
Sharon Zurconett, 54, was arrested at her Soddy-Daisy home Tuesday morning with one count of solicitation to commit first-degree murder after an arrest warrant was obtained, Chattanooga police spokesman Officer Nathan Hartwig said.
The investigation revealed that Zurconett was attempting to have a local woman killed for personal reasons, Hartwig said.
