EMA Director: "Everything we practiced worked"

CLEVELAND, BRADLEY COUNTY (WRCB) - Bradley County Emergency Management Agency Director Troy Spence says wave after wave of storms made it quite difficult to help everyone who needed it.

Several rounds hit the county causing millions of dollars in destruction and damaging nearly 500 homes.

Spence, at the helm of the command center, says he helped get power crews and paramedics to the critical spots.
