"No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted'' best describes Kathy Mindel, who several times each week volunteers her time at the Humane Educational Society in Chattanooga.
She not only sets up the off-site adoption centers for the animals, but she will be the first to volunteer to transport the animals to other nearby shelters that want to place animals in forever-homes.
Her fundraising efforts and work with other volunteers make her a true jewel in our small animal kingdom. Thank you, Kathy, for helping our four-legged friends.
