Four North Georgians were arrested by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office, after officers were able to make undercover purchases of methamphetamine at a Whitfield County home.
Christopher Lee Mantooth, 30, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, sale of methamphetamine, trafficking in methamphetamine and a parole violation, according to a news release by Whitfield County Sheriff Scott Chitwood. David Daniel Mantooth, 31, Melissa Nichole Gardina, 29, and Lora Ann Caldwell, 41, were arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Caldwell was also charged with being a fugitive from justice from the state of Tennessee. She is wanted in Bradley County on previous methamphetamine charges.
In addition to methamphetamine, officers also found $44,000 in cash in the home. A Ford Mustang, motorcycle, firearm, digital scales, meth pipes and two computers were seized from the home by authorities.
